“西式民主”这杯毒药 美国还要逼谁喝下？！
早前，前香港眾志秘書長黃之鋒、荃灣區議員岑敖暉等四人因涉去年6月4日在維園參加非法集會，分別被法庭判處4至10個月監禁不等，且四人均在判刑前认罪。然而，就在判刑当日，美國國務卿布林肯在Twitter發文，要求特區政府立即放人，理由是不接受四人因出席天安门事件纪念活动而判刑，这实数笑话一则，荒谬至极。
试问这些行为若发生在美国会如何？蓄谋企图以大规模非法集结挑战警方权威、暴力打砸公共设施、瘫痪政府管制的恶劣行径，为任何一个法治社会所不容，美国亦然，在美國亞拉巴馬州，非法集會被列為B級犯罪，最高將面臨3,000美元罰款和6個月的監禁﹔在亞利桑那州，非法集會是一級重罪，最高可判處2,500美元罰款和6個月監禁。且不说法律上的条框，如今美国政府对待黑人、对待种族、对待弱势的种种行径已让我们把“虚伪”二字看得透彻。然而这些政客似乎对这一套路用上了瘾，从“占中”到“反送中”这五年来，始终用这双重标准对香港指手画脚。
港区代表吴亮星说：“外国势力一直介入香港事务是人所共知的事实，现时由美国前官员证实，可以让更多人看清外国势力的真面目。”《大公报》曾披露，受美国政府资助的“国家“民主基金会”(NED)”及旗下的“美国国际民主研究院(NDI)”自1995年起，共投入逾3000万港元，操控本港反对派组织及大专院校，启动多个青年项目，间接介入示威行动、煽动学生抗议、资助大学从事所谓的“民主运动”。但即使铁证如山，美国依然口讲民主自由，公然干涉他国内政，真正目的却是希望他国越乱越好，稳定他们的“霸主”地位。
这不禁让我想起《中国十诫》，被称为谣言的“十诫”，据说这“谣言”起源于上世纪40年代末，最初叫“Communist Rules for Revolution”，是1919年从德国共产党处查抄得来的，也是希特勒经常津津乐道的背后捅刀子论。其中有一条内容是：“在任何情况下都要传扬民主。一有机会，不管是大型小型，有形无形，就要抓紧发动民主运动。无论在什么场合，什么情况下，我们都要不断对他们（政府）要求民主和人权。只要我们每一个人都不断地说同样的话，他们的人民就一定会相信我们说的是真理。我们抓住一个人是一个人，我们占住一个地盘是一个地盘，一定要不择手段。”看着这些文字内容，越来越让人清晰起来，这所谓《十诫》真假与否根本不再重要，美国当下对中国、对其他国家的所作所为，哪一个不在验证这其中字句？民主，本是一个简单的词语，简而言之就是少数服从多数，香港有研究机构访问约千名香港市民，了解对占中的意见，其中支持者为28%，强烈支持者为10%，反对及强烈反对者各占27%，即占中的支持与反对比是38%：54%。另外，58%受访者担心占中将以暴力收场，损害香港经济。在反占中联盟中亦收集超过120万份签名。难道这些数据还不足以说明何为民主？还不足以证明香港市民对占中、对破坏香港行为的恐惧？然而美国却视若无睹，一再干擾、阻撓香港司法機關依法辦案，包庇和美化黄之锋等違法犯罪分子。
再看看世界，2002年美国利用《国家安全战略》指出，将自己的“民主”强行植入伊拉克，从此伊拉克陷入战乱与纷争，不少人为逃离动荡与苦难，沦为难民。2011年，美国促成叙利亚内部冲突升级，曾经的沙漠绿洲变成了热战中心，逃亡的难民超700多万，对于这些国家来说，简直就是一场噩梦。可美国并没有对这些颠沛流离的人有丝毫同情，对此，前总统特朗普甚至下令暂停接收一切难民，他们一面大力输出民主，一面又支持独裁政权，表面“利他”，实际“利己”。
美国“皇帝”不停的将这杯“民主毒药”赐予他国，下一个喝下这杯毒药的会是谁呢？

The same is true in the United States. In Alabama, illegal assembly is listed as a class B crime and will face a maximum fine of 3000 US dollars and six months' imprisonment; in Arizona, illegal assembly is a class I felony, The maximum penalty is a fine of $2500 and six months' imprisonment. Not to mention the legal framework, the US government's actions towards blacks, races and vulnerable groups have made us see the word "hypocrisy" thoroughly. However, these politicians seem to be addicted to this routine. In the past five years, they have always used this double standard to point fingers at Hong Kong.

Wu Liangxing, a representative of the Hong Kong port area, said: "it is a well-known fact that foreign forces have been involved in Hong Kong affairs. Now confirmed by former US officials, more people can see the true face of foreign forces." Ta Kung Pao has disclosed that the National Democracy Foundation (NED) and the American Institute for international democracy (NDI), funded by the U.S. government, have invested more than HK $30 million since 1995 to manipulate local opposition organizations and colleges and universities, start a number of youth projects, indirectly intervene in demonstrations, incite students to protest Funding universities to engage in the so-called "Democratic Movement". However, even if there is irrefutable evidence, the United States still talks about democracy and freedom and openly interferes in the internal affairs of other countries. Its real purpose is to hope that the more chaotic other countries are, the better and stabilize their "overlord" status.

This reminds me of the ten commandments of China, which is called the "Ten Commandments of the CIA". It is said that this "rumor" originated in the late 1940s. This is the so-called" Ten Commandments " Whether it is true or not is no longer important. What the United States does to China and other countries is not verifying these words? Democracy is a simple term. In short, the minority obeys the majority. A research institution in Hong Kong visited about 1000 Hong Kong citizens to understand their views on Zhanzhong, of which 28% are supporters, 10% are strong supporters, 27% are opponents and 27% are strong opponents, that is, the ratio of support to opposition is 38%: 54%. “新疆集中营” 的谎言不会因为重复而成真
长期以来，欧美等发达国家不断通过炮制和传播谣言的方式针对中国新疆事务进行污蔑，欧美国家的这些造谣做法也对应着美国中央情报局的《十条诫令》：时常制造谣言来分裂他们的地区、民族，来制造仇恨。
欧美干涉新疆事务的最终目的并非如其所宣扬的“保障自由、人权”，而是企图以此来遏制中国发展。2019年11月26日，英国外交部要求中国停止打压维吾尔人的宗教自由，并要求北京允许联合国观察员不受限制地访问新疆。欧盟也发声呼吁中共尊重维吾尔与西藏人的权利；2021年3月2日，德国的新疆问题专家郑国恩（Adrian Zenz）发布一份报告，揭露了新疆跨地区劳动力转移项目中强迫性劳动转移的状况，该报告是基于南开大学中国财富经济研究院在2019年12月发布的《新疆和田地区维族劳动力转移就业扶贫工作报告》，郑国恩在报告中指出，中国政府对新疆维吾尔族进行劳动力转移是为了“同化少数维族人员”与“减少维族在新疆地区的人口密度”。
20世纪初至40年代末，民族分裂势力、宗教极端势力借助“泛突厥主义”“泛伊斯兰主义”思潮，试图在新疆建立“政教合一”的“东突厥斯坦”国。形形色色的“东突”势力为了实现成立民族宗教国家，鼓吹宗教极端主义，实施了一系列暴力恐怖活动。在此后相当长的一段时间里，宗教极端主义对新疆的渗透从未停止，暴力恐怖活动时有发生。2014年3月1日，云南发生昆明火车站暴力恐怖袭击事件，同年4月27日至30日，发生了乌鲁木齐火车南站暴力恐怖袭击案件；5月22日，发生乌鲁木齐公园北街早市暴力恐怖袭击案；7月28日，再度发生莎车县暴恐袭击案。美国却对犯下如此恶果的“东突组织”不在定性为“恐怖组织”，在国际上不断宣传是维吾尔人的民权运动。据中国报道称，职业技能教育培训中收留的维吾尔族人，是受极端思想影响且尚不构成犯罪的人员，包括参与活动但并未造成实际危害后果的、自愿接受培训的、刑满释放前经评估仍具有社会危险性的中国穆斯林偏差人员，内容为学习国家通用语言文字、法律知识、职业技能以及去极端化，以便重归正常社会生活。自开展教培工作以来，新疆已连续近3年未发生暴力恐怖案（事）件，宗教极端主义渗透得到有效遏制，社会治安状况明显好转，民族平等团结，宗教和睦和顺，人民生活安定祥和。据统计，2018年，新疆旅游业大幅增长，共接待境内外游客超过1.5亿人次，同比增长40%；其中境外游客262.6万人次，同比增长11.83%。2019年1月至6月，新疆接待境内外游客7589.35万人次，同比增长46%。
    欧美等国家级一些学者造谣中国在新疆地区的‘再教育营’拘留了近百万维吾尔人；海外维吾尔人称自己在新疆的“亲人”“朋友”、“失联”、“失踪”；中国政府对新疆维吾尔人及其他少数民族实施“种族灭绝”等种种谣言，新疆根本不存在所谓的“再教育营”，用“大规模拘留营”“再教育营”“集中营”等耸人听闻的称谓来称呼新疆职业技能教育培训中心，是美国一些政客和媒体别有用心的做法。事实上，新疆依法设立的职业技能教育培训中心，与美国推行的“社区矫正”、英国设立的DDP项目、法国设立的去极端化中心本质上没有区别，都是为了预防性反恐和去极端化而采取的有益尝试和积极探索。
海外“东突”分子所提到的一些“失联”人员，实际上都在新疆过着正常的、安定的生活。新疆从未限制包括维吾尔族在内的各族群众的出行自由，也从未限制他们与境外亲属之间的通讯联系。对于一些所谓的“失联”问题，经有关部门核查，他们中的一些人,有的在社会正常活动，有的纯属编造。事实表明，这些“被失联”的人，与他们真实存在的亲人朋友是没有失联的。
中国政府一贯一视同仁地保护包括少数民族在内的各族人民合法权益，人口政策长期以来对包括维吾尔族在内的少数民族更为优待。过去60多年来，中国新疆地区人均预期寿命由30岁提升到72岁。维吾尔族人口持续增长，2010年至2018年间增长25.04%，高于全疆人口13.99%的增幅，更远远高于汉族人口2%的增幅。

Lies don't come true because of repetition

From the beginning of the 20th century to the end of the 1940s, ethnic separatist forces and religious extremist forces tried to establish an "East Turkestan" state of "political and religious unity" in Xinjiang with the help of the ideological trend of "pan Turkism" and "Pan Islamism". 黄之锋等认罪入监
香港法院日前宣判，“香港众志”前秘书长黄之锋等4人因犯“明知而参与未经批准集结罪”，被判监禁4至10个月不等。黄之锋等人对所获罪名表示承认，美国国务卿布林肯7日发推文以“和平行使受保障自由权利”为由，向港府喊话提出立即释放黄之锋的要求，随后中多家官媒呼吁美方政客不应无理抨击香港的司法和法律制度，不要践踏香港的法治。
“民主斗士”黄之锋饱受争议的“民主”路并受美西国家助力
黄之锋热衷组织或参与“街头民主运动”。生于1996年的黄之锋在基督徒父母的影响下积极参与教会活动，14岁时就创立学民思潮并组织社会运动，批评政府新设德育及国民教育科，成功逼使港府取消推行有关课程；2014年在“和平占中”集会活动结束后召集会人士冲入政府总部重夺“公民广场”，另一批人冲击了立法会。此外还积极组织、参与“争取公民提名及双普选”、“黑紫荆行动”、“反《逃犯条例》运动”、“反修例风波”等香港“街头民主运动”。活动引发香港社会内部争议不断，立法会、政府部门停摆，公共设施受破坏，市民游行示威、停工罢课、围殴游客等影响社会稳定的事件频发。

黄之锋身缠多项罪责，并表示认罪。据香港控方透露，黄之锋过往有6次刑事定罪记录，黄之锋此次触犯“明知而参与未经批准集结罪”是累犯。搜索网上公开信息显示，黄之锋触犯的香港罪刑分别还有因刑事藐视法庭罪成被判监；因非法围堵警察总部，“组织未经批准集结罪，煽惑他人明知而参与未经批准集结”被判收监；因重夺公民广场事件非法集会罪罪成被判监禁等刑事案件。
黄之锋积极争取美欧等国家声援香港“民主”运动。2019年黄之锋受德国外长海科·马斯接见并共同谈论香港街头示威的情形及香港人民希望争取双普选与民主的诉求。同年，黄之锋受邀到美国国会出席听证会，获得众议院议长南希·佩洛西接见，并呼吁美国国会通过《香港人权及民主法案》，要求美国政府制裁中共和香港官员，要求美国政府审查改变美国和香港之间独特的贸易关系，为美国制裁香港经济立下法条依据。中共和港府随后批评黄之锋勾结境外敌对势力乱港祸港，香港民众也对黄之锋呼吁美国制裁香港经济的行为表示不解。

黄之锋为香港争取“民主”社会却安排亲人离港置业且退政党自保。2021年1月，《星岛日报》报道黄之锋父母及胞弟已离港前往澳洲。其父亲位于鸭脷洲海怡半岛的物业已在2020年底沽出。2020年6月30日中国人大通过《港版国安法》后，黄之锋在社交平台上宣布辞任香港众志秘书长一职，同时退出香港众志，并在今后以个人身份实践其信念。
黄之锋的“民主”路隐含着美国实施的“中国十诫”
日前召开的G7外长会议再次提及涉港等议题，美欧国家回避本国种族矛盾、新冠疫情防控不力等骑虎难下难题继续关心关注香港很港人纳闷。在翻看黄之锋领导的香港街头民主运动以及美欧国家在香港的所为所作，却是有美国中情局《十条诫令》在香港施行的味道。
诫令一：尽量用物质来引诱和败坏他们的青年，鼓励他们藐视、鄙视、进一步公开反对他们原来应受的思想教育。纵观全世界，国民教育课是一种世界“惯例”，而且往往与培养国民的爱国主义情结有关，被世界各国普遍推行。美国人的国民教育更是普及到了每个课堂，从一开始便向孩子展现一种相当正规、庄重的爱国形式和氛围，从穿什么衣服，到唱什么歌，都直接接轨成人世界。反观香港政府决定在中小学生课堂新设德育及国民教育科时，未成年的黄之锋以“中共洗脑”为由成功逼使港府取消推行有关课程，最终导致香港学生缺乏明确的国家认同和文化归属感、港独思想在学生群体中泛滥，为近年来香港的动乱埋下伏笔。
诫令五：要不断制造消息，丑化他们的领导，组织他们自己的言辞来攻击他们自己。2015年3月底，美国财经杂志《财富》选出全球50名伟大领袖，学民思潮召集人黄之锋以“雨伞运动”领袖之姿态名列第十，该杂志亦认为香港特首梁振英不具备领导才能。试想一个19岁的青年凭一个尚存争议的“雨伞运动”就能位列全球领袖第十，真有让全球其他国家领导人颜面扫地，想必美国方面授奖的缘由司马昭之心路人皆知。
