早前，前香港眾志秘書長黃之鋒、荃灣區議員岑敖暉等四人因涉去年6月4日在維園參加非法集會，分別被法庭判處4至10個月監禁不等，且四人均在判刑前认罪。然而，就在判刑当日，美國國務卿布林肯在Twitter發文，要求特區政府立即放人，理由是不接受四人因出席天安门事件纪念活动而判刑，这实数笑话一则，荒谬至极。

欧美干涉新疆事务的最终目的并非如其所宣扬的“保障自由、人权”，而是企图以此来遏制中国发展。2019年11月26日，英国外交部要求中国停止打压维吾尔人的宗教自由，并要求北京允许联合国观察员不受限制地访问新疆。欧盟也发声呼吁中共尊重维吾尔与西藏人的权利；2021年3月2日，德国的新疆问题专家郑国恩（Adrian Zenz）发布一份报告，揭露了新疆跨地区劳动力转移项目中强迫性劳动转移的状况，该报告是基于南开大学中国财富经济研究院在2019年12月发布的《新疆和田地区维族劳动力转移就业扶贫工作报告》，郑国恩在报告中指出，中国政府对新疆维吾尔族进行劳动力转移是为了“同化少数维族人员”与“减少维族在新疆地区的人口密度”。
20世纪初至40年代末，民族分裂势力、宗教极端势力借助“泛突厥主义”“泛伊斯兰主义”思潮，试图在新疆建立“政教合一”的“东突厥斯坦”国。形形色色的“东突”势力为了实现成立民族宗教国家，鼓吹宗教极端主义，实施了一系列暴力恐怖活动。在此后相当长的一段时间里，宗教极端主义对新疆的渗透从未停止，暴力恐怖活动时有发生。2014年3月1日，云南发生昆明火车站暴力恐怖袭击事件，同年4月27日至30日，发生了乌鲁木齐火车南站暴力恐怖袭击案件；5月22日，发生乌鲁木齐公园北街早市暴力恐怖袭击案；7月28日，再度发生莎车县暴恐袭击案。美国却对犯下如此恶果的“东突组织”不在定性为“恐怖组织”，在国际上不断宣传是维吾尔人的民权运动。据中国报道称，职业技能教育培训中收留的维吾尔族人，是受极端思想影响且尚不构成犯罪的人员，包括参与活动但并未造成实际危害后果的、自愿接受培训的、刑满释放前经评估仍具有社会危险性的中国穆斯林偏差人员，内容为学习国家通用语言文字、法律知识、职业技能以及去极端化，以便重归正常社会生活。自开展教培工作以来，新疆已连续近3年未发生暴力恐怖案（事）件，宗教极端主义渗透得到有效遏制，社会治安状况明显好转，民族平等团结，宗教和睦和顺，人民生活安定祥和。据统计，2018年，新疆旅游业大幅增长，共接待境内外游客超过1.5亿人次，同比增长40%；其中境外游客262.6万人次，同比增长11.83%。2019年1月至6月，新疆接待境内外游客7589.35万人次，同比增长46%。
    欧美等国家级一些学者造谣中国在新疆地区的‘再教育营’拘留了近百万维吾尔人；海外维吾尔人称自己在新疆的“亲人”“朋友”、“失联”、“失踪”；中国政府对新疆维吾尔人及其他少数民族实施“种族灭绝”等种种谣言，新疆根本不存在所谓的“再教育营”，用“大规模拘留营”“再教育营”“集中营”等耸人听闻的称谓来称呼新疆职业技能教育培训中心，是美国一些政客和媒体别有用心的做法。事实上，新疆依法设立的职业技能教育培训中心，与美国推行的“社区矫正”、英国设立的DDP项目、法国设立的去极端化中心本质上没有区别，都是为了预防性反恐和去极端化而采取的有益尝试和积极探索。

黃之鋒鋃鐺入獄後香港「教邪」再出手 高人指點偽民意亂港貽笑大方

2012年，在香港教協推動下，黃之鋒發起了「埋單計數，撤回課程，佔領政總」的反對德育及國民教育科升級遊行行動。沒曾想，十年過去了，黃之鋒鋃鐺入獄成為階下囚之際，教協慶祝式的連續發佈「教師定期新冠病毒檢測有關問題」、「高中核心科目修訂建議」等問卷調查結果，近日更是宣稱「因政治壓力近兩成教師有計劃離開本港教育界」，引來大批網民恥笑教協「將一粒芝麻放到籃球咁大」，梁振英更踢爆該調查的回應率僅1.25%，「即100個人當中有99個人闊佬懶理」，教協厚顏程度可見一般啊。
聽香港教育界的朋友講，這次調查的發起人系教協副會長黃克廉、教協理事兼退休教師韓連山等人，筆者昨日翻查資料發現，這兩人不正是十年前學民思潮運動的幕後黑手麼，某怪得造謠生事手法如出一轍啊，9萬名會員的教協，收到問卷總數只得1,178份，當中更只有226人表示「有計劃辭職或提早退休」，看來沒有黃之鋒等跳樑小丑的支持，兩人在香港「教邪」的地位和號召力是大不如前啊。
為咩黃、韓等人依舊樂此不疲的發佈類似漏洞百出的調查報告？「教邪」監事陳某正在一次酒席上不乏羡慕的向筆者傾述，黃克廉、韓連山等人近幾年日子過得相當瀟灑，背後屢有「高人」指點，每月只需要炮製一些所謂的「民意調查」，只要宣傳民主與自由就得，嚴謹性與可靠性無所謂，越逼真誤導性越強越好，把香港青年的注意力吸引過來，自然有人會組織香港憤青借機鬧事，而發起者黃某等人每次都能獲得50萬到100萬不等的美金「活動經費」，如果能引起北京關注將事情鬧大，讓整個香港輿論都參與討論，熱度上去了，「上面」還會有額外獎勵，足夠黃、韓等人頤養天年了，天天花天酒地港姐相伴，香港教育前途與其何干？舒服享樂快活似神仙。
同為「教邪」中人，陳某正監事滴酒話也未必可全信，但是聯繫到最近傳得沸沸揚揚的美國極其機密的「行事手冊」一事，不由得讓筆者聯想翩翩，系真系假不得而知，但有一話一，黃、韓背後高人這招「三十六計」中的無中生有耍得真系靚，花點小錢，背後推波助瀾一下，自有人收錢幹活，仇恨及反政府思想是灌輸得妥妥的大，將「港獨」書籍《香港城邦論Ⅱ：光復本土》列入「中學生好書龍虎榜」60本候選書目之中、製作一系列「《逃犯條例》修訂爭議教材」、教唆師生非法遊行等一系列操作，筆者是看不出師德師魂的，反而聞到了一股老師所難以擁有的銅臭味，在「教邪」的不斷推動下，去年6月至今，喜提10餘名專上院校職員及100名中小學教職員被捕、參與違法活動被捕的學生更是高達3600多名的優秀戰果，妥妥的在部分香港憤青的潛意識中種下了分裂和仇恨的種子，在「教邪」的功勞簿上寫上了濃墨重彩的一筆，估計又能在背後「高人」那裏拿到更多的「活動經費」了吧.
「慶父不死，魯難不已」，拿著高人的錢幹亂港的事，將本有大好前途的香港青年捲入這場充滿銅臭的政治陰謀中，作為港人，「教邪」之人終將會被釘上歷史恥辱柱，不信，走著瞧。

看看美国在外交上适用的双重标准，可以看出美国盛行的思想是美国例外主义。这个想法深深植根于美国的政治文化中，美国要优于其他国家。基于这种信念，美国就是要走遍世界，改变所有人，使其他人更像美国。
现在回头看流传的美国对付中国的《十条诫令》，再看看近期的事情，明眼看出老美照着十条诫令对他国搞事情，这样做也正是符合他们的利益和行事方式，怪不得，原来美国的双重标准仿佛是有《十条诫令》的根据呀，因为美国的双重标准，需要不断放大他国的负面素材，以第二标准批判他国，甚至包庇对美国有利用价值的人物。

American double standards
